GENERAL

[1] Heavy or repeated traffic offenses may lead into your vehicle being impounded and or your license being revoked

[2] Law Enforcement Officers can only charge for Possession of illegal narcotics once, even if a suspect holds two different substances at once (crack and pot). No charges can be added more than once.

[3] The punishment shown above is the maximum punishment that may be given.

[4] Ticketable offenses cannot be used as a charge alone unless they are paired with another non-ticketable offence with the exception of the "Misuse of 911 Hotline" offense.

[5] Law Enforcement Officers should use the full charge name (i.e: "Failure to Comply" and not "FTC").



CRIMES AGAINST A PERSON

[1] Intimidation - $250
Communicating toward another person that they will bodily harm that person.

[2] Battery - $500
Applying violence against a person, causing physical damage or harm

[3] Attempted Murder - $3500
Applying violence against a person, causing physical damage or harm

[4] Murder - $5000
The killing of another person without justification or valid excuse

[5] Kidnapping - $3000
a person who detains or arrest another person without their contest

[6] Vehicle Theft- $250
Theft of a vehicle


CRIMES WITH DEADLY WEAPONS

[1] Possession of an Illegal Firearm - $1000

[2] Distribution of an Illegal Firearm - $1000

[3] Manufacture of an Illegal Firearm - $1000

[4] Brandishing A Firearm - $500

[5] Discharge of A Firearm - $500
Discharging A firearm without a cause of justifiable motive

[6] Drive-By Shooting - $3500
Discharging A firearm from inside of a vehicle without a cause of justifiable motive​


CRIMES AGAINST ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES


[1] Possession of (an) illegal substance(s) - $1000
[2] Sale of A Controlled substance - $1000
[3] Distribution of a controlled substance - $1000
[4] Under the influence of A Controlled substance - $1000


VEHICLE OFFENCES


[1] Evading a Law Enforcement Officer - $1000
While piloting a vehicle refusing to pull over after a law enforcement officer ordered you to pull over

[2] Driving without A valid License - $250
Operating a vehicle while not having a drivers license

[3] Reckless Driving - $250
Driving in a way which reasonably causes a hazard to traffic or environment

[4] Vehicular Endangerment - $500
Using your Vehicle in any manner that is dangerous to passengers, pedestrians or nearby residents

[5] Failure to Abide by A Traffic Stop - $250
Failing to follow instructions given by a Law Enforcement officer at a traffic stop

[6] Driving under the influence of an illegal substance - $1000​
Operating a vehicle while under the influence of illegal substances

[7] Transportation of illegal goods - $1500
Transporting illegal goods inside a vehicle (Mat running, Drugs running)

[8] Speeding - $100 - $1000
The act of operating a vehicle at a high speed
